I found them online, did not know anything about Mills air-conditioning company, they had a great rating with Yelp, and I needed service ASAP! I called, Robin in customer service answered (so nice and informative), and the repairman Sagar (a great guy) showed up within the timeframe allotted. He was so knowledgeable as he explained the situation and job to me as he said, “I can fix it.” What a HOME RUN!
